The introduction to this arrangement begins with two "bells", whose first notes are plaxed by sax 1 and then worked down through all voices to a little phrase by sax 5. The conclusion of the arrangment is also made up of such a bell. In all of the other parts, with the exception of parts E and G, there are different pairings of the instruments in constant rotation. For example in part A sax 3 and 4 begin with the meoldy, sax 1 and 2 then continue with this melody after 2 measures as a kind of answer. In this arrangement there are two key changes before parts A and B and two others during the course of part D. All eighth notes should be played in ternary fashion and with swing phrasing.
